You are reading the first blog post on this website! These humble beginnings will be filled with plenty of mistakes and awkward moments, but I’m fine with that. Creating the website was when I finally stood up in an attempt to implement what I’ve been thinking on the last few years. YouTube video after YouTube video definitely paid off, giving me the knowledge and inspiration I needed. I have various goals for this website:
- Personal Branding
- Skills and Qualities Building
- Becoming an Academic Resource
- Expressing my Interests
There’s more than I can say, so that’s a good summary of them all (for now at least). The About Me page gives more information about me and my ideas for the website, so check it out when you get the chance.
This post is now me transitioning from standing to taking the first step. I plan on being able to take many steps without tripping one day, and eventually walking smoothly. Although this is more on the personal end for me, I will be treating this as a real project. There isn’t a clear direction, nor a clear end goal, but my goals and interests will help keep the consistency of the topics held on this website. Academics will be a firmly held topic on this website. As a college STEM student myself, Math and Science hold a great value of interest to me.
I chose Engineering simply because I saw it as the ultimate mix of Math and Science, while design and creativity are implemented.
In the topic of academics, college in itself will be one of the big topics here. I find that there’s never too much background knowledge to learn when it comes down to deciding on going to college and ending up with massive debt. Honestly, it’s a scary thought that college prices just keep on rising. The next post will be the beginning of my college-themed blogs.
